Spring/Summer Competitive Overview
Winona’s Spring/Summer programming provides development opportunities for players from U6 through U19. The Pre-Development Academy introduces U6–U8 players to a more structured training environment focused on building fundamental skills and confidence. The Development Academy serves U9–U19 players through local training and a tournament-only competition format.
Players seeking the club’s highest level of competitive programming can also explore North Star FC’s Academy program, based in Rochester.

The first step in North Star FC’s competitive pathway, Pre-Developmental Academy introduces young players to a more structured soccer environment while keeping the experience fun and age-appropriate.
