Albert Lea Competitive Overview

At North Star FC, the competitive journey is always moving forward. Albert Lea’s competitive programming begins with Pre-Developmental Academy (U9–U12), a fun and dynamic bridge from our popular Recreational Program into the world of competitive soccer. Remember — it’s never too late! Players can make the jump from Rec to Competitive at any age.

In the summer, players dive into Pre-Developmental Academy (U9-U12), Developmental Academy (U13-U19), and have the oppotuntity to join Academy teams in Rochester. As we shift into the fall, many older players head to high school soccer, but North Star keeps the momentum going with each of the levels ages U9-U14. When winter arrives, we stay sharp with Futsal, Winter Indoor Training, and competitive indoor leagues in Rochester.

No matter the season, North Star FC gives players the training, competition, and support to take their game to the next level — all year long.
