Designed as a link between our popular Rec League and our Competitive Academy, this program offers a higher level of training and play\u2014led by North Star FC’s experienced, paid coaching staff.<\/p>\n Players train twice a week during the spring\/summer and fall sessions, with fun and competitive in-house games every Friday\u2014no travel required. In the winter, players practice once a week and participate in Saturday games indoors, keeping them active and engaged year-round.<\/p>\n The Program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and introducing foundational tactics in a fun, supportive setting.
